Our youngest member of the CrossFit family. Tilly was in University studying Graphic Design in Liverpool when Coach Dave (Tilly’s Uncle) opened CrossFit Whitchurch. When she learnt more about CrossFit she knew straight away she wanted to be a part of the box. The second Tilly graduated from University she started her CrossFit qualifications and started working at the box full time. She is now our Nutrition Coach, Gym Manager and CrossFit Coach! She may look innocent, but she loves to put the members through their paces and push them to their limit. Favourite CrossFit movement - hang squat snatches
