We have the main gym area, a separate upstairs space for our mobility classes, a seperate 1-1 PT Space, a Sports Massage Therapy room, and 2 toilets with a lovely shower. We have 3 Concept 2 SkiErgs, 4 Concept 2 Rowers, 2 Air Assault Bikes, 1 Rouge Bike, 2 Concept 2 BikeErgs, 24 ft rig with 9 squat stations plus much more. Cold drinks are available, we stock FitAid, Nocco and Barbells. Along with a variety of snacks, protein bars training supplements, equipment and merchandise for sale! Also last but not least our amazing tassimo coffee machine, help yourself to a coffee for £1 when you are at the gym!
