Fundamentals

The Fundamentals Course is for all new members who wish to get into CrossFit and will compromise of 4 x 1 hour classes to learn the fundamental movements which are:

  • Air Squats
  • Front Squats
  • Overhead Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Med Ball Clean

The Fundamental course is held on the 1st Tuesday and Thursday of each month.
