Getting started, how do I do this?

Step 1

Come along for a CrossFit Taster session, these are available any day subject to availability. To arrange a taster session, all you need to is click here to view our timetable and decide which day and class time would suit you best for a taster session. Once you’ve decided when you’d like to come, give us a call and we will let the coach know that you are coming. That's it, you have took taken the first step - we look forward to seeing you there! Step 2

If you enjoyed the taster session which we are hoping you did, the next step is to sign up for the Fundamentals Course. To do this click here and select "CrossFit Fundamentals" from the list under memberships tab. The emphasis of Foundations Course is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We are going to be hammering technique-both to ensure your safety-and success at the next level.

  • We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then intensity
  • We will begin with relatively non-technical movements and progressively move towards more technical movements
  • There will be a workout at the end of each day, which will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses
  • The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands…the degree that you push yourself will determine how much suffering goes on. We want to ramp you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our group classes
  • Shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We highly encourage you to take “Before” pictures at the beginning of the Fundamentals Class

Step 3

Once you have completed the Fundamentals Course it's time to get started with the main classes, click here and select the membership which suits you best then get yourself booked onto some classes and start your CrossFit journey!
