Our sweat sessions are massively popular in our CrossFit programming and are a great way to burn a large amount of calories and get yourself in shape through a series of movements and exercises. All of the movements are scalable and you can work at your own pace so you get what you want from the workout in a safe and enjoyable manner.
The classes will take the following format. Starting with 5 to 10 minutes warming up using stretches and exercises based on the movements that are to follow, the exercises and movements will be explained and practiced before moving onto the 30-40 minute workout. The workout will be followed by a warm down/stretching period
