Prefer training in a small group with more coach attention? Not as intense as a 1:1 PT session, not as crowded as a large group class, expert coaching, in a community of like minded people. We have over 15 small group PT sessions available each per week, from 07:00am to 18:30pm.
Before joining our Small Group PT it is compulsory to complete our Introduction Programme. Over your introduction you will learn all of the Foundational Movements within CrossFit, you will learn how to move and lift safely and efficiently, and each session will end with a workout.
This will give you a taste of what CrossFit is like, ramp your fitness up gradually and prep you ready for our Small Group PT classes. Our Small Group PT classes are a maximum of 8 people to 1 coach

Semi private PT boasts all of the benefits of 1:1 PT with HALF the price tag! Semi private PT is a maximum of 4 people to 1 coach.
In these sessions you will be working on your own specific individual programme written for you by our coaches.
Whether you are a beginner and in need of a small group setting, whether you are injured and in need of a specific programme outside of the classes, or whether you have a specific goal you want to spend some time working on, semi private PT is for you!
At CrossFit Whitchurch we know that group classes aren’t for everyone. Prefer training on your own? Have a specific goal that you want to spend some 1-1 time on?
Then PT is for you. You can purchase a 1 off session or sign up to a block of 5 or 10. We offer PT at most hours of the day. Interested? Then let us know what your preferred time is and we can get you booked in.
Our over 55's Class is great for beginners, people who are new to the gym, and people who are looking for a fitness class with people in your age group.
Our Over 55's classes are specially designed for people over 55, to help you gain fitness, strength, balance, coordination and confidence! Meet new friends and become part of a community!

We have CrossFit Kids classes on every week for ages ranging from 6-16.
We have CrossFit Kids classes on every Thursday from 16:00-16:30 for ages 6-11 and we have CrossFit Pre/Teens classes on every Thursday from 16:30-17:15.
